Billing & Shipping Cadence

Billing will occur immediately upon check out and all future recurring charges will occur on the 1st of each month. There is no contractual obligation, hidden account fees or cancelation fees and you will only be billed for the amount you originally paid at check out.

All monthly precious metal subscription crates ship on the 15th of every month.

Cut-off Policy

Due to an increased volume of fraud, all orders must be placed on or before the 5th of each month to qualify for same month shipping. This 'cool off period' allows us time to discover fraudulent orders which helps safeguard our clients and increase overall company efficiency. Please refer to the chart below to better understand our billing and shipping cadence. Months used are an example.

Ordered on or before the 5th of January.

• Your order ships on January 15th. (Order transit time is usually 1-5 days.)
• Your next billing date occurs on February 1st.
• Your second order ships on February 15th.
• At this point you are on track with all Investor Crate subscribers.

Ordered after the 5th of January.

• You are skipped in the February billing cycle.
• Your order ships on February 15th.
• Your next billing date occurs on March 1st.
• Your second order ships on March 15th.
• At this point you are on track with all Investor Crate subscribers.
