MY ORDER HASN'T SHIPPED, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Any orders that are not in transit or stuck in our shipping queue are eligible for a full refund for the entire transaction amount.

I DON'T LIKE WHAT I RECEIVED.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service for any reason at all you can request a return through our support channel. At this point, our support representatives can issue you a return label. Send the product back and we will honor a full refund for the entire transaction amount including the cost of postage if applicable.

I WANT TO CANCEL, DOES THIS COST MONEY?

Our service is completely obligation free and cancelation is easy and hassle free. You can cancel, without a cancelation fee, directly from your account or you can reach out to a support representative and we can cancel your account on your behalf.

I RECEIVED DAMAGED BULLION.

Gold and Silver is malleable and susceptible to minor dings, scratches and tarnishing. If the bullion you received is severely damaged past general handling, we will gladly replace any items you send back to us.

I THINK I RECEIVED A COUNTERFEIT ITEM.

So far, with nearly 100,000 orders shipped, we have never found any of these inquiries to be true because we buy directly from the mint or from suppliers who buy from the mint. Some secondary market bullion products despite our best efforts in quality control have an extremely small chance to be fake. Upon this allegation a lengthy investigation will be launched and the item in question will be replaced immediately. Counterfeit coins are a serious federal offense and is not something we take lightly so rest assured that any suspected counterfeit item will be taken care of accordingly.
