Requirements:
- Must be an active subscriber to participate.
- Directly e-mail support@investorcrate.com asking for a "Trade Up Shipping Label."
- Support will issue a pre-paid shipping label for you to ship out your bullion.
- Count up the Gold you'd like to turn in and write a small hand written-note of what you'd like to receive back. Example: "I would like to exchange these 31 x 1 gram Gold Bars for a 1 oz Gold Coin."
- After inspection and verification, we’ll include your Trade Up in your next subscription box.
- Warning! If you send in any counterfeit bullion, we are forced to notify Federal Law Enforcement. Ensure all fractionals and bullion are originally from us or a reputable bullion retailer. These crimes are enforced and carry stiff penalities and fines.
Requirements:
- Rounds, bars and coins must be 22k (Krugerrands or AGE's) or .999 or higher purity Gold.
- No damaged, corroded, or painted rounds.
- Must send the equivalent amount to be eligible for your trade up request.
- Please note - our insurance binder will not cover lost or stolen packages that are enroute to us. If you choose to opt in for insurance, you will have to insure the package at your local post office. Please ensure the package is packed securely and bullion is not loose. We can ship back damaged bullion at our discretion. Counterfeit items will not be returned, they will be turned into the authorities.
