Trade up program is exactly how it sounds. This allows you to turn in bullion of various sizes into a bigger size. In order to get started please e-mail us directly at support@investorcrate.com and we can get you set up with a shipping label. Please include in the e-mail you send us, instructions on what you'd like to receive back. For example, "Please exchange my 31 grams of Gold for a 1 ounce Gold Coin."
