Starter Pack - Shipping & FAQ

Billing & Shipping Cadence

Billing will occur immediately upon check out. There is no contractual obligation, hidden account fees or cancelation fees and you will only be billed once for the amount you select from the drop down menu. All starter packs are fulfilled and shipped along side the subscription variants of these products on the 15th of each month.

All Gold Starter Packs ship on the 15th of each month.

Cut-off Policy

Due to an increase volume of fraudulent orders, all orders must be placed on or before the 5th of the month to make it to our shipping queue. Any orders placed after the 5th are subject to our 'cool off period' which allows our fraud department to explore each transaction, safeguarding our clients and increasing overall company efficiency.

Below is a chart to help you understand when your order will ship. Months used are examples only.

Ordered on or before January 5th.

• Tracking number is generated up to a week ahead of time and emailed to you.
• Your order ships on January 15th and arrives within 1-5 business days.

Ordered after January 5th.

• Tracking number is generated up to a week ahead of time and emailed to you.
• Your order ships on February 15th and arrives within 1-5 business days.
