OFFICIAL RULES

Investor Crate™ Promotional Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

All sweepstakes and promotional giveaways (“Sweepstakes”) are sponsored by:

(“Sponsor”)

2. ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion partners are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Each Sweepstakes begins on the date and time specified on the applicable giveaway or promotion page (“Giveaway Page”) and ends when either:

The maximum number of eligible entries has been received, or
The posted end date and time listed on the Giveaway Page occurs,

whichever occurs first (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer system is the official time-keeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. PURCHASE ENTRY (OPTIONAL)

Participants may receive Sweepstakes entries by purchasing eligible promotional products offered by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each qualifying purchase earns the number of entries expressly stated on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.

Purchases are not required to enter or win.

B. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY (ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY)

To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3x5 card containing the following information:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Sweepstakes Period and received by Sponsor no later than seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes end date, unless otherwise stated on the Giveaway Page.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day.

5. ENTRY LIMITS

Each Sweepstakes has a maximum total entry limit, as disclosed on the applicable Giveaway Page.

The entry cap applies to all entries combined, regardless of method of entry. Once the maximum number of entries has been received, the Sweepstakes will close and any additional entries received thereafter will be deemed void.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

6. PRIZES

Prize details, quantities, and approximate retail values (“ARV”) for each Sweepstakes will be clearly disclosed on the applicable Giveaway Page.

Unless otherwise stated:

Prizes are non-transferable
No cash or substitution will be provided, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Drawings will be conducted within a reasonable time following the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner(s) will be notified via email and/or phone. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable time, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes.

9. TAXES

Winner(s) are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of any prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

10. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries
Technical malfunctions or failures
Human error
Unauthorized intervention or fraud

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Entrants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to entrant’s participation in a Sweepstakes or violation of these Official Rules.

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. GOVERNING LAW

All Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

14. NO AFFILIATION DISCLAIMER

Sweepstakes are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, ViralSweep, Facebook, Instagram, Google, PayPal, Stripe, or any other platform or payment provider.

15. WINNER LIST

To request the name of a winner for a specific Sweepstakes (available after conclusion), send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the applicable Sweepstakes end date.
