Coin Highlights:

- Front obverse side (heads): Features a full-length figure of Lady Liberty holding a torch in her right hand and an olive branch in her left, with the U.S. Capitol building in the left background. The coin's edge is lined with 46 stars (or 48 stars for coins minted after 1912), representing the states at that time, and is inscribed with "LIBERTY" and the minting year. If applicable a mint mark of S or D.
- Back reverse side (tails): Showcases a majestic flying eagle in sunlight, with the inscriptions "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "TWENTY DOLLARS" along the top. Some versions also include the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" in the rays of the sun, a feature added later in the coin's mintage.
