Refunds for returns will be limited to the product price only and will not include service fees, shipping and handling costs incurred at the time of purchase or any market loss that may occur between the time of purchase and the time of the refund.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the Investor Crate LLC logo, the product must NOT have been shipped, or in transit.
The buyback program is based on a percentage of spot price of the commodity at the time the buyback occurs, and weight of each type of commodity and does not include monetary, numismatic or other value as well as our restocking fee. Also, Investor Crate maintains the option to refuse a buyback, refund or return at any time for any reason. This is at the sole discretion of the support representative.
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Any product purchased from our Site will be shipped utilizing a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to prevent theft by having a secure point of delivery. If the product is lost, damaged or stolen as a result of negligence, carelessness or accident by the carrier, a refund will not be issued or considered. Damaged items must be reported and include a photo in the ticket submission. Damaged items will be reviewed by the support agent and a replacement may be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said item. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item. All refunds will be at the discretion of customer support representatives. Investor Crate™ assumes no liability in the condition of your coin, round, bar, bullion or collectible other at the time the shipment is received. All advertised products that could be in your crate come in a variety of types, sizes, weights, dimensions, conditions, mintage, year of mint and purity. Many minted coins, rounds, bars and other bullion collectibles are minted as alloys.
To complete your buyback, return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Items with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds and buybacks (if applicable)
Once your return or buyback is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or buyback. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (generally 5-10 business days)
Late or missing refunds or buybacks (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund and buybacks are posted. If you have done all of the aforementioned steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address contained within the e-mail you will receive back.
Memberships such as "The Gold Club" or other products that allow certain access to member-only content are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No exchange or refunds on gifts sent to you.
To return your product, you should contact email@example.com for shipping information. We do not refund products that are already in transit.
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time from any person or entity. Returns with the request of a refund will be refunded the paid amount for subscription cost minus the shipping and is at the discretion of customer support representative. Membership is void where prohibited by law. If any subscription is not fulfilled by the 15th of any given month we will not be held liable. Holidays, acts of god and other instances can cause a delay in operations.
If you cancel your subscription this does not automatically initiate a refund but will ensure you do NOT get charged again. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a refund. We do not refund products that are already in transit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
