Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES AVAILABLE TO ANY ONE PERSON.
These Official Rules apply to each limited-time Flash Giveaway sponsored by Investor Crate, LLC (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the event-specific information on that Flash Giveaway’s promotion page (“Giveaway Page”).

For privacy, entrants may address mail-in entries to “IC INC.” at the address in Section 5. This alternate addressee does not conceal the Sponsor’s identity and does not affect eligibility.
2. Giveaway details and entry period
Each Giveaway Page will identify the specific giveaway and state its entry period, prize, number of prizes, approximate retail value (“ARV”), eligible products and entry amounts, per-person entry limit, online entry cap, and any event-specific instructions.
The giveaway begins at the date and time shown on its Giveaway Page. All times stated in these Official Rules and on the Giveaway Page are Central Time (“CT”; CST or CDT, as applicable). Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device.
The opportunity to receive online entry credits will end when all 1,000 online entry credits have been claimed or at the posted end date and time, whichever occurs first. If the posted end time arrives before all 1,000 online entry credits are claimed, the giveaway closes then. Valid mail-in entries postmarked before the giveaway closes will still be accepted and included in the drawing as described in Section 5, even if they arrive after the online entry cap has been reached. Accordingly, the final drawing pool may contain more than 1,000 entries.
The Giveaway Page and these Official Rules together govern that giveaway. If event-specific information conflicts with these Official Rules about the prize, dates, entry amount, or event-specific instructions, the Giveaway Page controls for that detail, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Eligibility
Flash Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, when they enter. Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island are not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. No purchase necessary; odds
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. An eligible entrant may use the free mail-in method in Section 5. A purchase is optional and will not increase the maximum number of entries available to one entrant. Each entrant is subject to the same per-person maximum, regardless of entry method.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable giveaway.
5. How to enter
A. Optional online entry
During the entry period, Sponsor may offer eligible digital photo packs that include promotional entries. The Giveaway Page will identify eligible packs and the entry credit for each. Buying a pack is not required to enter or win.
A maximum of 1,000 online entry credits will be available for the giveaway. Online entry closes when all 1,000 credits have been claimed or when the posted end date and time arrives, whichever occurs first. An entrant may receive online entries up to the per-person maximum stated on the Giveaway Page. That maximum applies to all of that entrant’s entries combined.
B. Free mail-in entry
To enter without making a purchase, mail one handwritten 3-by-5-inch card containing all of the following:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- The name of the Flash Giveaway

Limit one mail-in submission per person per Flash Giveaway. A valid mail-in submission will be credited with the same maximum number of entries available to one entrant through eligible online entries for that giveaway, subject to the same per-person maximum. The Giveaway Page will state the applicable per-person maximum and mail-in entry credit.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the entry period, before the giveaway closes, and received by Sponsor no later than seven (7) calendar days after the giveaway’s actual closing date. A valid mail-in entry postmarked before the giveaway closes will be included in the drawing even if the 1,000 online entry credits have already been claimed. Entries are considered received when physically delivered to Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, or delayed mail. No purchase, fee, or donation is required to submit a mail-in entry.
6. Winner selection and notification
Sponsor will compile the eligible online and mail-in entries and select the winner by random number generator seven (7) days after the giveaway closes, after the mail-in entry deadline has passed and eligible mail-in entries received by that deadline have been added to the entry list.
Sponsor will contact the selected entrant using the email address and/or phone number provided with the entry. The selected entrant must respond and complete any required eligibility or prize-claim steps by the deadline stated in Sponsor’s notice. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond by the deadline, is ineligible, or does not complete required steps, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will not notify a Flash Giveaway winner through a direct message on social media.
7. Prize conditions and taxes
The prize, number of prizes, and ARV will be stated on the Giveaway Page. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided unless Sponsor chooses to provide one or applicable law requires otherwise.
If a prize consists of precious metals, the Giveaway Page will identify the item being awarded. Precious-metal market prices may change, so the item’s market value when awarded may differ from its stated ARV.
The winner is responsible for applicable taxes. Sponsor may request tax or eligibility documents and may report prize value to tax authorities when required by law. Sponsor will not require a winner to pay Sponsor a fee to claim or receive a prize.
8. Winner list
To request the winner’s name for a specific Flash Giveaway, send a written request identifying the giveaway to:

Requests must be received within thirty (30) days after that giveaway’s closing date. You may also email support@investorcrate.com with the giveaway name in the subject line.
9. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant, and award the prize, as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entering a giveaway does not by itself subscribe you to marketing messages.
10. Technical issues, fraud, or changes
Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received because of mail, internet, software, hardware, or other technical problems outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the giveaway or attempts to undermine its fair operation.
If fraud, a technical failure, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the giveaway’s security, fairness, or proper administration, Sponsor may suspend or modify the giveaway as necessary and consistent with applicable law. If the giveaway cannot fairly continue, Sponsor may cancel it and, where practical and lawful, select a winner from eligible entries received before the disruption. Sponsor will post notice on the Giveaway Page when reasonably practicable.
11. Release and platform disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, promotion partners, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize. This release does not waive liability that cannot legally be waived.
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other platform, unless a platform is expressly identified as a sponsor on the Giveaway Page.
12. Governing law
Tennessee law governs these Official Rules, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law applies and cannot be waived. Disputes must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Tennessee unless applicable law gives an entrant a non-waivable right to bring the dispute elsewhere.
13. Acceptance
By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules and the applicable Giveaway Page, subject to applicable law.
