Investor Crate, LLC wants people to be able to use investorcrate.com to learn about our products, place and manage orders, and contact us. We are working to make the online store more accessible and to improve it over time. This policy explains the accessibility tools currently offered, how to request help, and some limits users may encounter.

1. Accessibility of our online store

Our website includes product pages, account and subscription features, checkout, policies, and other content. We aim to make these features usable with common assistive technologies and accessibility settings, including keyboard navigation, screen readers, browser zoom, and other tools. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a technical reference when considering improvements.

We have not completed a full independent accessibility audit of the entire storefront and do not claim or certify that every page, feature, or third-party component conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Website content and software change, and a feature that works with one browser, device, or assistive technology may not work the same way with another.

2. Pandectes accessibility menu

Our storefront currently offers an accessibility menu powered by the Pandectes app. Depending on the device, page, and current configuration, the menu may offer tools such as text-size and contrast adjustments, larger text, pause animations, text-to-speech, highlighted links, letter spacing, a readable font, a larger cursor, reading aids, color adjustments, and accessibility profiles.

These tools let visitors adjust parts of the page presentation. They are optional aids and do not repair every accessibility issue or replace a screen reader, keyboard, browser setting, or other assistive technology. Some tools may not apply to every part of the store, including content or functions supplied by third parties. The accessibility menu and its availability may also vary by device or configuration.

3. Areas that may present barriers

Some pages and features rely on Shopify, payment services, subscription-management tools, or other third-party applications. We do not control every aspect of those services, and their design or compatibility may change. Product pages and other content also change as products and promotions change. As a result, some content or functions may not work as expected with every assistive technology or device.

If you encounter a barrier, please contact us. We will review the issue and work with you on a practical way to access the relevant product information, complete or manage an order, use a subscription feature, or obtain other assistance, where available. This may include answering questions or helping through an alternative support channel.

4. Tell us about an accessibility issue

Contact us at support@investorcrate.com. If you can, include the page or feature you were using, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology involved. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or other sensitive medical information to ask for help. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and address the issue.

If you cannot use the website to place or manage an order, contact us by email and describe the assistance you need. We can help with questions about products, orders, subscriptions, or these policies.

5. Accessibility menu statement and policy location

This Accessibility Policy is intended to be reachable from the “Accessibility statement” link in the Pandectes accessibility menu and from the website footer. If either link does not work, contact us using the email above and we will provide the policy or help you access it.
