This policy governs the promotional giveaways sponsored by Investor Crate, LLC. We run limited-time Flash Giveaways and monthly giveaways through Gleam. The prize, approximate retail value, dates, eligible locations, entry cap, and other details that change for each giveaway appear with that promotion—on its Giveaway Page or its Gleam entry page. Those promotion materials provide the event-specific information; this evergreen policy does not list each prize or need revision for every new giveaway.

1. Sponsor and contact

The sponsor is Investor Crate, LLC (“Sponsor”), 900 S. Willow Ave., Unit 2669, Cookeville, Tennessee 38501, United States. Questions about a giveaway may be sent to support@investorcrate.com.

For privacy, mail-in entries may be addressed to “IC INC.” at the address stated in the Flash Giveaway entry instructions. This mailing label is used to reduce third-party inferences about an entrant’s interests; it does not conceal the Sponsor’s identity. Using a different return addressee does not by itself invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.

2. Which terms apply

This policy applies to both giveaway formats below. The event-specific terms displayed with a Giveaway Page or Gleam entry page are part of the applicable giveaway terms and state details that change from event to event. Review those details before entering. If event-specific information conflicts with this policy about that event’s prize, dates, entry limits, eligibility, or entry instructions, the event-specific information controls for that detail to the extent permitted by law. Applicable law controls over both.

Sponsor will make any additional disclosures, filings, or rules available as required by law. This policy does not replace disclosures or official rules that a particular promotion must provide.

3. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning. Buying digital photo products is optional and is not required to enter any giveaway. A prize is awarded by random drawing among eligible entries, subject to the applicable entry limits.

For Flash Giveaways, eligible digital photo packs may include complimentary bonus entries as a free promotional gift. A valid free mail-in entry is eligible to receive the same maximum number of entries available to one entrant through an eligible photo pack for that giveaway, subject to the same per-person and total entry limits. Entries from multiple photo-pack purchases cannot exceed the per-person maximum. The applicable Giveaway Page will state the entry credit and limits for the free mail-in method. Sponsor will administer the entry methods so that the free method can reach the same per-person maximum as the photo-pack method.

4. Eligibility

Each giveaway’s Giveaway Page or Gleam entry page states its geographic eligibility, minimum age, and any event-specific exclusions. Flash Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, as stated in the current Flash rules. Monthly Gleam giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States; any minimum-age requirement or additional exclusion for a particular monthly giveaway will be stated on its Gleam entry page. All giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, suppliers, and promotion partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible where stated in the event-specific rules.

Sponsor may verify eligibility and may disqualify an entrant who does not meet the applicable requirements, provides materially false information, uses multiple identities or accounts to evade limits, or tampers with the entry process.

5. Flash Giveaways

Flash Giveaways are limited-time promotions conducted on the applicable Giveaway Page. A Flash Giveaway begins and ends at the dates and times shown there, or earlier if the stated total-entry cap is reached. The Giveaway Page is the official source for the promotion’s prize, approximate retail value, dates, entry cap, entry credit, eligibility, and any other event-specific requirements. Sponsor compiles the eligible-entry list and selects the winner by random number generator seven (7) days after the posted end date.

Optional digital photo pack entries

During a Flash Giveaway, Sponsor may offer digital photo packs. Certain packs may include a stated number of complimentary bonus entries. The photos are the product being sold; no purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not provide a higher per-person entry maximum or a better chance than the free mail-in method.

Free mail-in entry

To enter without a purchase, send a handwritten 3-by-5-inch card with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Limit one mail-in submission per person per Flash Giveaway. A valid mail-in submission will receive the same maximum number of entries available to one entrant through an eligible digital photo pack for that giveaway, subject to the same per-person and overall entry caps. The Giveaway Page will state the entry credit assigned to a valid mail-in submission and any applicable cap.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable entry period and received by Sponsor no later than seven (7) days after the posted end date, unless the Giveaway Page states a different deadline. Entries are treated as received when physically delivered to Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, or delayed mail.

The total-entry cap applies to all entry methods combined. If a cap is reached, the giveaway may close as stated on its Giveaway Page, and entries beyond that cap are not eligible. The applicable Giveaway Page will explain how the cap and mail-in deadline apply to that promotion.

6. Monthly Gleam giveaways

Monthly giveaways run through the Gleam entry page identified for that promotion. They are free to enter through the entry methods made available on that page. The page states the entry period, prize and approximate retail value, eligibility, entry actions and any entry limits, and winner notification and claim deadlines.

Entrants must submit the requested information and complete the free entry action or actions described on the Gleam page. A person may not use multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or devices to evade an entry limit or verification requirement. Gleam provides the entry interface; Sponsor is responsible for the promotion and its administration.

7. Friday social media live giveaways

On most Fridays, Sponsor hosts a live Q&A on its Facebook and Instagram accounts and may conduct giveaways during the live. Each live giveaway is a separate promotion. Prizes generally include one or more five-ounce bars. Before entries are accepted, the live or its accompanying post will identify the specific prize and approximate retail value, entry period, announced comment word, eligibility, and winner claim instructions and deadline.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN a Friday live giveaway. To enter, an eligible person must comment the word announced for that giveaway in the applicable Facebook or Instagram Live during its stated entry period. Limit one entry per person per live giveaway; repeated comments do not add entries. Sponsor compiles the names of eligible commenters and uses a random-selection application to select the winner.

A winner does not have to remain on the live at the time of selection. Sponsor will announce the selected account and claim instructions during the live or in an associated public post. The selected person must follow the claim instructions by the deadline stated for that live giveaway. If the selected person does not claim by the deadline or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Sponsor will not send direct messages to winners through social media.

Friday live giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. All giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

8. Entries, drawings, and odds

Entries must be complete, timely, and submitted through an authorized method. Sponsor may reject entries that are incomplete, ineligible, fraudulent, duplicated beyond the stated limit, or submitted through a bot, script, or other unauthorized process.

Unless the event materials state otherwise, winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawings take place within a reasonable time after the entry period closes. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for that giveaway.

Sponsor may verify a selected entrant’s eligibility and may select an alternate winner if a selected entrant is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond by the stated deadline, or does not complete required prize-claim documents.

9. Prizes, taxes, and publicity

The applicable Giveaway Page or Gleam page identifies the prize, number of winners, and approximate retail value. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution is available unless Sponsor chooses to provide one or applicable law requires otherwise. Actual value may differ when the prize is awarded.

Winners are responsible for taxes and other costs associated with accepting or using a prize. Sponsor may require a completed tax form or other eligibility documents and may report prize value to tax authorities when required by law.

Where permitted by law, accepting a prize authorizes Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, and statements about the giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation. A winner may decline publicity where the law gives that right.

10. Privacy

Information submitted for a giveaway is handled under Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://investorcrate.com/pages/privacy-policy. Sponsor uses entrant information to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and award prizes. Gleam may also process information under its own terms and privacy practices when an entrant uses its service. Review the Privacy Policy and the event-specific entry materials for information about any separate marketing choices.

11. Technical issues and changes

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received because of mail, internet, software, hardware, platform, or other technical problems outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with a giveaway or attempts to undermine its fair operation.

If fraud, a technical failure, an unauthorized intervention, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects a giveaway’s security, fairness, or proper administration, Sponsor may suspend or modify it as necessary to address the problem and applicable law. If the giveaway cannot fairly continue, Sponsor may cancel it and, where practical and lawful, select a winner from eligible entries received before the disruption. Sponsor will post a notice on the applicable promotion page or Gleam page when reasonably practicable. Sponsor will not use this provision to avoid awarding a prize after a winner has been validly selected.

12. Release and limits

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, promotion partners, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation in a giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize. This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, unauthorized intervention, human or processing errors, interrupted internet or platform service, or lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable mail. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Platform disclaimers

Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Gleam, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google, YouTube, or any other social media, advertising, payment, or ecommerce platform, unless that platform is expressly identified as a sponsor in the event materials. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to those platforms, subject to each platform’s own terms and privacy practices. For Facebook and Instagram Live Giveaways, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram (Meta) from responsibility for the promotion and acknowledges that it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.

14. Governing law and disputes

Tennessee law governs these giveaways, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law applies and cannot be waived. Any dispute will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Tennessee, unless applicable law gives the entrant a non-waivable right to bring the dispute elsewhere. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Winner list

To request the name of a winner for a specific giveaway, send a written request to Investor Crate, LLC, ATTN: Giveaway Winner Request, 900 S. Willow Ave., Unit 2669, Cookeville, TN 38501, or email support@investorcrate.com. The request must identify the giveaway and be received within thirty (30) days after its end date. Sponsor will provide winner information as permitted by law.

16. Acceptance

By entering a giveaway, an entrant agrees to this policy and the event-specific information displayed with that giveaway, subject to applicable law. Sponsor’s decisions about the administration of a giveaway are final to the extent permitted by law.
