In the year of 1980 starting with an initial investment of $2,500, Mr. Richard D. Rubin founded Republic Metals Corporation (RMC) in the city of Miami, Florida. Purchasing laboratory equipment and a furnace, Mr. Rubin began to catapult RMC to quickly become the familiar name in the precious metals industry it is today. Beginning with processing scrap metals from Fortune 500 technology, medical and electronic companies in his original location he rapidly grew into a new 40,000 square foot facility as of 1990. 13 years later RMC added their assayer's lab and a mere 2 years after that, distribution centers in the jewelry districts of New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA. Soon enough Mr. Rubin would acquire a 75,000 sq. ft. facility adjacent to their withstanding one and a distribution center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Recognized throughout the world, this international primary precious metals refinery produces high-quality, fine .999% precious metal rounds and bars among its other refining and custom services. From minting its blue ribbon, investment grade, Gold bars, and Silver rounds to hand pouring their outstanding Au and Ag bars, RMC’s quality and attention to detail never lack. As their expansion continues, RMC has recently rolled out their newest division that deals directly with diamonds. A great addition to their ever-growing business.
